Today I wanted to share with you my blog binder that I have created. It’s a way for me to plan and keep track of everything and as I want to become more professional later on I figured I might as well start using a planner now. I want to create a habit of blogging minimum 2 hours every day. To get to use the time most effectively I have created a binder I believe will serve my needs. I have been trying to use it for the last two weeks and I have been unsuccessful at following it thought. Of course that is now all the change.
I started by googling A LOT to find something that I liked. But, I did not find anything that I really liked. This is when I decided to create my own. I first made them in Microsoft Excel then I sent them to a good friend of mine – who is really good in Photoshop – and then he did his magic and put on a nice background, of my choice.
I printed them out and put them in a plain blue binder. I am currently using 6 categories.
- Calendar & To Do List
- Blog Post
- Finances
- Blog Info
- Other Blogs
- Tips & Tricks
And here is what my binder looks like:
As you can probably tell, I have not filled in everything yet. I am getting there. I hope you like what I have created. I hope you might want to use them yourself. If so you are of course free to do so, just remember to give me credit. Here are the printable:

If you have any questions or want me to make you a personal sett or if you want a different background if pink chevron really isn’t you just leave a comment below.
I would like to give credit to the wonderful planners out there for inspiring me when I created my own version. You don’t know who you are, and I don’t know who you are [sorry!] so I just decided to give credit to everyone ๐
