Ingredients:
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8-10 small potatoes
- 1 box nuttolene, cut into slices
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into fingers
- about 400g beans, ends removed
- 1 eggs, beaten
- sesame seeds
- ½ pineapple
- optional: sour cream
Directions:
- Fry the onion until its golden brown, set aside in a covered bowl
- Set the potatoes to boil for about 25 minutes
- In a separate pan the carrots will boil for 7 minutes, and when there is 3 minutes left add the beans
- Turn the nuttolene in the whipped egg also in the sesame seeds and cook them until they are golden brown
- Serve together with pineapple and sour cream
