Welcome to the fourth course of our new years eve dinner, this is such a perfect little appetizer that is so easy to make and so easy to serve.
Ingredients:
- 0.5kg salmon, cubed
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients, make sure everything is coated in lime juice as this “cooks” the salmon and the avocado stays bright green
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
- Place in small serving bowls and serve
Optional: Serve as a bruschetta.
