My Answers:
1. What is the greatest compliment you have received?
I am so unsure of this one. I do receive compliments it’s not that, there is just no one in particular that stands out at this time. But I have started making dinner and dessert every Sunday for my family and they really seem to enjoy it.
2. Whats your favorite book, and why?
I have actually written a post about my favorite book(s). It’s an autobiography by Dave Pezler. These books are so powerful and within the first few pages I sit with tears streaming down my face. He was abused as a child in the so many horrific ways. There are tree books in the series, from when he was a child until he was a grown man. I do recommend everyone to read these books.
3. Whats the wildest thing you have ever done?
I am not a wild person at all. I really like to stay far inside my comfort zone. But I did do something “crazy” a couple of weeks ago. I used to work at a cafe in an indoor swimming park. When I started the job I told myself that before I left I would jump from 10 meters. I had managed to jump from 5 meters, so my last contract day (I had not been working) just before closing I first jumped from the 7.5 meters which actually went surprisingly well. Then when I jumped from the 10 meters I just had to do it and I let out a little scream the first two seconds of my jump. For someone who is dead scared of heights and lives deep inside their comfort zone I really think that was pretty wild haha!
4&5. If you could live anywhere, where would you live?. If you could live in any time, when would you live?
I am kind of old-fashioned of me, and I would really love to live in the old times. The really old times, when people rode horses and fought with a bow and arrow. I would live in a cottage in the middle of nowhere, and there would be a lake nearby. I would grow my own food and stuff.
6. What do you consider your greatest attribute?
This one is super hard because like most people (I assume) I am really bad at talking about myself. But really if I was to choose one thing and make it really broad it would be that I am creative. This is because I think about all the things I could never do if I was not creative. I would never paint, craft, sew, blog, organize and so on.
7. Why do you blog?
I love blogging and even though I have a small blog and not a lot of readers I hope to inspire others. I would love it if people tried my projects and wrote posts about it and commented on my post with a link. I would really love if people tried my recipes as well and gave me feedback on them. I also just love blogging. I am so passionate about it (and I have heard it)!
8. Who inspires you?
I get inspired from all over the place. There is really no particular person that inspires me. I get more inspired my music or walking in nature or things like that.
9. What is the greatest gift you have received?
This one is kind of tough one to explain but I will do my best, finance translation is not really my strong suit. In Norway there is this bank account called BSU (home-saving for youths) and basically you can add up to 20.000 nok ($3300-3400) every year and you get reduced taxes (get them back), a really good interest rate and so on. The only catch is you can only use the money for two things: paying for a house (and/or getting a loan) or paying down your mortgage. Every birthday I wish for money and all the money I get I put in this account. So basically they are actually giving me money to buy a house.
10. What is the greatest gift you have given?
This story is not the greatest gift I have given, but its one of the funniest. It was last Christmas and one of the present I gave my dad was a gift card to my shop (I used to make soaps). I decided to have some fun with it and got an entire newspaper and wrapped it up one page as a time. At the end it was super big. On Christmas Eve (when we open our presents) it was so hilarious to look at. There was a time he said he was wondering if there even was a present in there.
