I am not a huge fan of working out, but I do want to get in shape. I hate spending a long time on a workout (… and sweating ew). When I came across these one song workouts I thought I finally had found something I really can enjoy. I have strength training every monday and thursday and I currently use these song routines:
When I get more fit I will add more songs and have multiple routines at a time. For now I am happy with these. Whats your favorite strength routine?
