This months challenge is healthy eating. I actually think this challenge will go quite well. I am not an unhealthy eater but I am not to good to make healthy food for breakfast and lunch. We usually eat a good dinner. This month I will be posting some yummy and healthy dinner recipes and some lunch recipes. Maybe even a somewhat healthy snack (or maybe it wont be so healthy…).
I just want to suggest this awesome Chicken with Spinach and Coconut and Baked Chicken Casserole recipe I posted on the blog previously. I think they are both super delicious! I would also love to ear about your healthy food – if you have shared a recipe on your blog post the links in the comments so I can try to make it.
I posted a healthy eating related post on my Facebook page and asked for healthy recipes and the response I got was amazing! Here are some of the awesome recipes I want to try out some time. Oh and please check out the post for more ideas, and you can also add your healthy post there 🙂
