Another month has passed and another challenge is done. I cannot believe how fast time flies. I have tried to be more healthy but… I really really really like unhealthy stuff. I made this delicious cake and I was more or less the only one who ate it (well the half that was left after my family served it at an event). It was so delicious and tasty and moist. We did have some super healthy moments as well as we had veggies with hummus as a starter when I had a girl’s night with my family.
