Its time for a new monthly challenge! This months challenge is exercising! Time to get Fit & Fab!
My plan is to do a 30 day plank challenge (I will post it on friday), strength exercises Monday and Thursday and yoga on Tuesday and Friday. Also if the weather is nice I might take a jogging trip or two with the dogs. Also my Mum and I are going to Singapore on holiday this month so I have no idea if this will help me exercise or totally eliminate it. Bringing my running gear and hope for the best!
