It is Monday today which means New Week – New Opportunities – New Goals. I had such a wonderful time on holiday, and it is kind of sad to be back home. But it is kind of nice to, the rest of my family is still on holiday so it will only be Cosmo and me until night til Saturday. I am also working plenty of hours this week so I am unsure of how much time I will have.
1. Do a three-day detox
I know there is a lot of controversy when it comes to doing juice detoxing. I want to try it for myself to see what it’s all about and how it works for me. I will be writing a post about this on Friday, so you can come back then and see how it goes.
2. Walk 25km on dog walks
I am home alone with Cosmo this week as I mentioned above, so I see no problem being able to complete this goal. Everything over 25 km is just a bonus. I mean 3.5 km per day, and 3-4 dog walks about 1 km each walk is totally cool. I just have to remember to log them all!
3. Do something blogging or business related 5/7 days
I will be working a full Norwegian workweek plus 6 extra hours on Saturday. I must remember to keep on blogging since I started the good routine on working on it almost every day last week. Sunday I usually have blogging free, and I also allow myself to have one day off if needed.
Evaluation last week – ⅔ complete
Well, last week went, well. I am not sure really haha. I managed to go to the beach 4 times, even though I got a small sunburn. Well it was technically 3 days and the beach and one day just walking to the other end of the beach and swimming back. Yea I am going to count that as complete. My second goal was finish ¾ of my to do list (75%) . Well it now has 62 items on it – so I kinda just removed the really big ones and those I cannot do before I get back home so I ended up completing 40/50, which is 80%! So how many hours have I worked on the blog? About 25 hours, which is quite good – considering I am on holiday. Yesterday I did 7.5 hours. The least I did was like 1.5 – that’s the day I got sunburned wops. My last goal was walk 25km. I have no idea how much I did walk – but I know it was nowhere close. Because I did get sunburned I skipped two-three days of the long morning walks with the dogs and I hardly did any of the long night walks because I am tired at night. But I am quite happy with what I accomplished and I really hope this series can make me as productive and motivated in the future.
I would love if you left me a comment :)
