Who doesn’t love a Christmas Cookie Exchange?
We would like to share with you some of our favorite Christmas cookies! We can’t give you the actual cookie, but we can give you the recipes! You can see one of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes below, and then find links to several other great Christmas cookie recipes at the bottom of this post. I cannot believe we almost halfway through December. Time really flies! Especially this time of year. If you were reading my blog last year, you might I posted about my older sisters favorite Christmas Cookie, the Coconut Macaroon Recipe. This one is slightly different with only three ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 175 g sugar
- 200 g shredded coconut
Directions:
- Add eggs and sugar to a bowl
- Using an electric mixer mix them together for about 5-10 minutes until they are fluffy
- Add the shredded coconut
- Blend it together
- Using a tablespoon add the mixture to a lines baking tray, it should make about two trays with three rows of four
- Bake at 175 C (350 F) for 10 minutes
- Let them cool on the baking tray before you remove them.
